[edit] How to uninstall the Outlook plugin when it wont allow you to uninstall?

Ans: If you have tried uninstalling the outlook plugin, then installing a newer version and have found that running the installer only keeps telling you it is going to uninstall the old version, i have the answer!

Go to

C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information

and go through each of the folders in there opening the "setup.ini" contained within. When you find a setup.ini that says vtiger outlook plugin in it somewhere then delete the folder that contains it.

Then you can go install your new updated outlook plugin.
