How to Access Bug Tracker in Vtiger

Step1 Request trac access by sending mail to:

prasad at vtiger dot com

Whenever you encounter any bugs or issues in the system, you can request access to trac to record the same. Inorder to access the trac, you can send a mail to richie at vtiger dot com.You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members.

Step2 Put entry in trac for the bug

You can put an entry in the TRAC for the bug or issue by clicking on the mailing list link. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the vtigercrm-developers Archives.

Step3 Submit the fix in the trac If you have any bug fixes that you wish to bring to the community notice or for the attention of the developers you can submit it in the trac .

Step 4 Give a brief description in the mailing list Put a small description in the mailing list about the fix vtigercrm-developers@lists.vtigercrm.com
